The anti-scratch coating means the portable SSD will look sharp even after all the miles. With a reflective black case, you'll be both savvy and stylish. Expand storage in a flash The ESD230C provides up to 960GB of storage capacity, ensuring you have plenty of space for backups, as well as storing your high-resolution images, 4K videos, and other media files! Great compatibility In addition to desktop and laptop computers, the ESD230C can also be used with many other devices, such as on-the-go mobile devices and gaming consoles, providing ultra-fast transfer speeds and extra large capacity expansion. Note: 1. Mobile devices must support USB OTG. Game console vendors may set out capacity requirements for external storage. Please check compatibility before purchase. 2. The ESD230C comes formatted in the exFAT file system. However, some mobile devices may require FAT32 only. Please format the ESD230C to FAT32 file system before use. Powerful 256-bit AES encryption Transcends ESD230C supports 256-bit AES encryption to securely and reliably protect data at the hardware level. AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) is a cryptographic algorithm defined by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Encryption and decryption are processed strictly within the SSD controller and completely independent of any OS or program, making hardware-based AES impossible to decipher. One touch to back up all files The ESD230C is equipped with a convenient auto-backup button for instant data backup when used with Transcend Elite software. Manage data with Transcend Elite Transcend Elite is an advanced software package compatible with macOS, Windows OS, and Android system that helps you manage data. Available as both a desktop and mobile app, it can be downloaded for free from Transcends official website and from Google Play. Transcend Elite features backup and restore, data encryption, cloud backup, and disk locking functions.
